News : Activity of Cross Project Ministry on November 2008
At least, I can post you the update of our activities in November 2008. I know it's a bit late, but between November and December, our team is really busy. We are in hurry to deliver Cross Key Chains to PAKSU, also in buying some raw materials and to distribute the material to Cikarang and Sungai Tiram.
About Cikarang, right now... CPM has been multiplied in Cikarang. Our team there, Ester, had work hard to pioneer Cross Project Ministry in Cikarang. There are more than 5 housewives that join CPM. They produce the same Key Cross Chain and were sold together under Cross Project Ministry.
As we put Transparency as one of our core values, thus we try to keep posting our Balance Sheet and Income Statement monthly
Here is unaudited Income Statement in period of November 2008

DO IT ANYWAY
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives. Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some unfaithful friends and some genuine enemies. Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and sincere, people may deceive you. Be honest and sincere anyway.
What you spend years creating, others could destroy overnight. Create anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, some may be jealous. Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, will often be forgotten. Do good anyway.
Give the best you have, and it will never be enough. Give your best anyway.
In the final analysis, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them anyway.

In the rubble of my house
A boy who help his father to take the rubble of their house, When the picture is taken this child is playing with his toy between the rubble of his house. This is one of the condition in Jalan Kaca, Indonesia long after the demolishing done by government. Yes, it is in Indonesia, not in the middle east.
Housewives houses who involved in Cross Project is not included in the demolishing done by government (may be in terminator II). Their house is in Sungai Tiram about 1 km from the site.
There we also stand over the rubble of Ibu Ira house which we used to train housewives in Cross Project. Right now, Ibu Ira has moved to Sungai Tiram. From there the Love of GOD keep being done.
Here is some photo from our last visit to Jalan Kaca.

The Genesis of Cross Project Ministry
Cross Project (?) is an idea to give food to children in Indonesia, mostly come from indigent family.
The idea is inspired by Jesus Christ words when He feed 5000 man. And it now becoming a late hour, His disciples came to Him and said, “This is a deserted place and it is now a late hour. Send them away so that they may go to the surrounding fields and villages and buy loaves for themselves. For they have nothing to eat” He answered and said to them, “You give them food to eat.” And they said to Him, “Shall we go and buy two hundred denarii of loaves and give them to eat?” He said to them, “How many loaves do you have? Go and see.“ And when they knew, they said, five, and two fish. And He commanded them all to recline, group by group, on the green grass. And they reclined group by group, by hundred and by fifty. And taking the five loaves and the two fish, He looked up to Heaven, He blessed and broke the loaves, and gave them to His disciples to set before them. And He divided the two fish to all. And they all ate and were filled.
Mar 6:35-42 MKJV
I am asking myself, “God, what do you mean by we have to give them food to eat when your disciples see famine in his neighborhood and ask for your Interference?” Instead of giving “how to” answer, Jesus prefer to give another question that his disciples, which includes you and I, have to answer.
“How many loaves do you have? Go and See“. If we ever seen famine in our neighborhood then somehow our feeling were moved by their unfortunately and moved us to pray for them. I believe instead of giving “how to” answer, Jesus will ask the same questions to his disciples. It will be heard in another word… “What can you find to give them? Go and See!“
The Word GO and SEE, it is an active word, which means He, who declared himself as GOD, is ordering his disciple to actively go and see. God doesn’t want us just stop at seeing and being moved by our feeling. God want us to MOVED in active way.
At that time, the best things that the disciples can found is only 5 loaves and 2 fishes. But this is the key; when they bring all that they had in front of Jesus. Jesus blessed it and they all ate and were filled.
What does the story give impact to our lives? When we see the needy people or else we ever pray to God to Interference for them but we didn’t see much changing to what we have pray! May be it is not because God didn’t hear us, or our voices is not loud enough or our feast is not long enough! But if it happened, the only reason why we didn’t see much changing is because we never answer His Question. And because we never answer his question, we never go and see to give the best things we have to GOD.
When the bible talks the best things that we can find, the bible does not talking about what we don’t have, in spite GOD ask what do we have. It may be simple things such as a dollar in your pockets, an hour of your Saturday, a simple action of giving what the best you can find. Just bring it to Jesus and ask Him to bless it so the simple things yet the best things you had, can be an answered for your prayer.
God, when I see many malnourished children in Indonesia
It ever moved me to cry
It ever moved me to pray
Hoping You would hear
But I shut my ears
For You have answered
But I am lazy to hear
For I have heard the story
Now, I am going and seeking
What is the best of mine?
Would be blessed by Him
through the simple of mine
be a blessing for them
This Blog is dedicated for the development of Cross Project. We want to share the vision that God gave to us to you. We want to share what we have done to them, and hoping you could be a part of us by doing simple things yet when you bring it to Jesus surely it would be a blessed for others.

Mat 14:16 ISV But Jesus said to them, “They don’t need to go away. You give them something to eat.”
